Here at ISS, as one of the UK's leading Facilities Management (FM) providers, we are looking to recruit an established BMS Engineer to join their client's corporate headquarters site in Canary Wharf.
The site is major, accommodating 1000s of end user client staff, serving a critical function to the customer's operation, featuring trading floors and a Data Centre. With such criticality a smooth and effective engineering service to maintain building M&E systems is crucial.
The role of the BMS Engineer has been introduced to develop further control of building controls facilitating a smarter use of lighting and energy across the site.
You will take ownership of the Niagra Tridium system, manage its day to day function and drive greater functionality, adopting a proactive, solutions seeking approach on how the BMS can be best utilised.
This is a fantastic role for a BMS professional to develop their experience working on a flagship site for a major customer, working for a leader within the built environment space
Actions will include:
- To undertake Controls PPM, proactive and reactive works issued
- Carry out control panel modifications and installations as required
- Identify and incorporate energy efficiency control strategies
- Collate and submit quotations in conjunction with the account delivery team
- Advise clients on potential improvements and recommendations for their system
- Ensure that administration requirements are actioned on time and all necessary documents/records are maintained accurately
- Ensuring compliance with H&S regulations, risk assessment, COSHH etc
- Provide a unique technical support and liaison for the customer with customer facing skills essential for this role
- Provide a professional service and represent the company in a way which ensures customer satisfaction
We need from you:
- BMS experience, ideally within Niagra Tridium and Trend
- Electrically competent
