BMS Engineer – Join BladeRoom Data Centres

Location: West London / M4 Corridor Region (occasional travel to other sites)

Full-Time

Are you a skilled BMS Engineer ready to thrive in the fast-paced data centre industry? BladeRoom Data Centres is seeking a talented professional to deliver expert Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and exceptional customer support across our West London and M4 Corridor sites, including Farnborough, Heathrow, and Corsham.

Key Responsibilities

• Planned Maintenance: Conduct regular BMS PPM tasks to keep systems running at peak performance.
• Troubleshooting & Repairs: Diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues, including control setup and network configuration.
• Subcontractor Management: Coordinate subcontractor activities to ensure high-quality work and efficient task completion.
• Customer Support: Provide clear, accurate updates to clients, keeping them informed of progress and resolutions.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed, accurate records of issues, solutions, and troubleshooting steps.
• Prioritisation: Manage multiple technical issues effectively, focusing on urgent matters and ensuring timely follow-ups.

About You

• Proven experience as a BMS Engineer with a track record of solving complex technical issues.
• Expertise in Tridium AX & N4 (essential).
• Knowledge of BMS facility management software (desirable).
• Excellent communication skills for both verbal and written technical support.
• A proactive, customer-focused attitude with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Please note: This is not an IT role. On-site work and travel to various locations are required.
