We seek a dynamic, self-starter, and results-driven business development associate to join our Global ITTM team. Global IT Communications, Inc. is an IT managed services provider (MSP) and cloud services provider (CSP). The individual in this role represents the organization's brands to provide technical solutions from a consultative approach and can demonstrate brand and self-integrity. This position is vital to driving growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT services, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales and generating their own leads and business.
Base Salary: $80,000
Monthly Sales Quota: $6,667 MRR (monthly recurring revenue)
Commission Structure for MRR:
· 100% quota attainment = 50% MRR as one-time payout
· 60-99% quota attainment = 35% MRR as one-time payout
· 0-59% quota attainment = 25% MRR as one-time payout
Commission Structure for NRR (non-recurring revenue):
· 5-10% bonus based on project profitability
Stipend:
· $250.00 per month for travel within sales region
· $25.00 per month cell phone stipend
Annual MRR Quota Attainment Bonus:
· 150-249% annual MRR quota attainment = $15,000 one-time bonus
· 250%+ annual MRR quota attainment = $25,000 one-time bonus
Key Responsibilities:
1) Business Development:
- Identify your leads and prospect potential clients within target markets to generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct brand and market research to understand client needs and position the company's services effectively.
- Maintain a minimum of 100% quota attainment for quarterly and annual sales.
- Maintain a minimum of 50% quota attainment for monthly sales.
2) Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements.
- Generate quotes, retrieve information, and signatures from customers/clients as needed to conduct business.
- Communicate with people outside the organization; organize meetings with vendors and consultants, interview customers, make presentations, and attend conventions and other networking events as needed to fulfill duties.
3) Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
4) Solution Selling:
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and present customized IT solutions, including managed services, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and IT support.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of services to prospective clients.
5) Pipeline and Customer Relationship Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and client information in the CRM system.
- Track progress against sales goals and prepare regular reports for management.
6) Industry Engagement:
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings.
- Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and conferences.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the IT managed services or technology sector.
- Existing enterprise/SMB client/customer base in the following sectors: healthcare, manufacturing, finance, legal, auto-dealerships, logistics, etc
- Strong understanding of IT services, including managed services, cloud solutions, and cybersecurity.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field ().
