We’re looking for a dynamic, relationship-driven Sales Executive with a strong hunter mentality—someone who can open new doors, develop accounts from scratch, and help us expand our footprint across the tech ecosystem. This is a high-impact role for a seasoned business developer with existing client relationships in technology, infrastructure, or engineering services.
Key Responsibilities:

Drive new business development efforts across lab services (setups, relocations, expansions) and staffing for engineering labs and data center environments.

Identify target accounts and generate new leads through outreach, networking, referrals, and leveraging your existing relationships.

Promote our full range of capabilities: lab buildouts, infrastructure moves, technical staffing (contract, contract-to-hire), and project-based services.

Collaborate with delivery and technical teams to ensure successful client onboarding and fulfillment.

Conduct client meetings, create customized proposals, and lead end-to-end sales cycles including pricing and contract negotiation.

Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and accurately forecast revenue.

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client engagements.
What We’re Looking For:

5+ years of experience in technical services sales, staffing solutions, or project-based consulting—ideally with exposure to engineering labs, data centers, or infrastructure services.

Demonstrated success as a hunter—proven track record of winning net-new business and growing accounts.

Strong network within high-tech companies; existing client relationships are highly .

Knowledge of lab operations, technical relocations, or physical IT infrastructure projects is a strong plus.

Strong communication, consultative selling, and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have:

Experience selling into large enterprises like Cisco, Nokia, Intel, or similar companies.

Understanding of MSP/VMS environments and how to navigate them.
