About the Role
We’re looking for a driven, self-motivated Business Development / Sales Professional to help grow our business by identifying opportunities, building relationships, and closing deals. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on autonomy, accountability, and performance-based upside.
You will be responsible for expanding our client base, managing the full sales cycle, and acting as a front-line ambassador of our brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead to contract execution
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with decision-makers
- Collaborate with operations and leadership to ensure smooth project handoff
- Track pipeline activity, forecasts, and performance metrics
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline
- Results-oriented mindset with a hunger to win
- Comfortable selling value, not just price
- Experience with CRM systems and sales tracking tools
- Industry experience in [construction / industrial / utility services / oil & gas / mining / nuclear / solar / data centers ] is a plus
