Job Summary:
The CDW Channel Manager will be responsible for overseeing and growing the relationship between Assured Data Protection and CDW. This role will involve ensuring the alignment of both companies' sales and marketing strategies, driving CDW’s sales of Assured Data Protection’s services and products, and managing key opportunities through the channel.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Account Management
- Lead the strategy and execution of joint business plans with CDW.
- Develop a strong relationship with CDW’s leadership, sales and specialist teams to drive success in the partnership.
- Align CDW’s sales efforts with Assured Data Protection’s goals and ensure both teams are working cohesively.
- Uncover leads and work with your Assured team members to work them through the sales cycle.
Sales Enablement & Support
- Provide training, sales collateral, and marketing resources to the CDW inside/field sales teams, inside/field specialists and leadership to align mutual initiatives.
- Lead partner engagement on-site and remote, present Assured’s value proposition, account map, uncover opportunities and work deals effectively to close.
- Regularly engage with CDW to monitor sales performance and identify growth opportunities.
Revenue Growth & Performance
- Drive sales targets and work to expand Assured Data Protection’s footprint within CDW’s portfolio.
- Regularly assess and optimize the partnership’s performance, ensuring that CDW’s sales team has the support needed to succeed.
Key Qualifications and Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in channel management, sales, or business development, specifically with CDW or similar strategic partners.
- A deep understanding of CDW’s sales processes and internal dynamics is .
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and account management skills.
- Ability to drive sales performance and provide value-added services to strategic partners.
- Live near and visit CDW sales office(s) on a weekly basis and travel within the region to meet with field sellers & specialists
- Attend in region events with potential/existing customers as well as other events Assured may have in region
