Full-Time | Year-Round Work Pay: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour based on experience + take-home vehicle

Work on large-scale commercial and industrial systems, not residential changeouts.

We are actively seeking an experienced Centrifugal Chiller Service Technician with a strong background in large tonnage equipment, centrifugal chillers, and commercial HVAC systems. This is an ideal role for a highly skilled technician who excels at troubleshooting sophisticated equipment, performing advanced repairs, and independently managing critical service operations in the field.

In this role, you will diagnose, service, maintain, and optimize centrifugal chillers and related HVAC systems across commercial and industrial facilities. Daily responsibilities include troubleshooting mechanical and electrical failures, performing preventative maintenance, executing major repairs and overhauls, assisting with equipment start-ups and commissioning, and utilizing schematics, controls, and wiring diagrams to restore system performance. You will regularly communicate with project managers, engineers, and customers while taking full ownership of high-value service calls on mission-critical systems.

What We're Looking For
We are seeking professionals with at least 5+ years of hands-on experience working with centrifugal chillers or large commercial HVAC systems, including major manufacturers such as York, Trane, Carrier, Daikin, or similar. Candidates should have advanced knowledge of refrigerant systems, compressor mechanics, controls, electrical diagnostics, and large-scale system troubleshooting. Experience with commissioning, start-ups, and performance testing is highly valued. EPA 608 Universal Certification and TDLR licensing are required. OEM factory certifications or specialized chiller training are strongly . Candidates must be self-directed, capable of independently managing service calls, and comfortable using digital tools for documentation and reporting. A valid driver's license and an insurable driving record are required.
