Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate the specific needs, emotional states, and developmental stages of children and adolescents.
- Design and implement tailored treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based interventions and consider the unique family dynamics of each patient.
- Provide individual therapy, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and behavioral challenges through therapeutic techniques best suited to each patient.
- Facilitate family therapy sessions, working collaboratively with parents and guardians to establish a supportive home environment conducive to growth and healing.
- Collaborate with child psychiatrists and a multidisciplinary team to provide coordinated care that addresses the physical and emotional well-being of our patients.
- Respond to and manage crisis situations effectively, providing immediate support during mental health emergencies involving children and adolescents.
- Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, available treatment options, and relevant community resources to empower informed decision-making.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation adhering to legal and ethical standards using our electronic health record (EHR) system.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n
Our primary focus is on children and adolescents facing various mental health challenges. This includes, but is not limited to, conditions such as anxiety disorders, depression, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and social or behavioral issues. You will work with a diverse group of individuals, building trust and rapport to foster a therapeutic alliance that encourages open communication and engagement throughout the treatment process.
Qualifications\n

- A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Texas.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of therapeutic methodologies effective with child and adolescent populations.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling you to engage effectively with patients and their families.

Compensation and Benefits\n
The salary for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to USD 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
