Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on children and adolescents aged 5 to 18, who are facing various mental health issues. You will work closely with patients exhibiting symptoms of anxiety, depression, behavioral disorders, and more, offering a compassionate approach that emphasizes their strengths and potential.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is essential.

  • Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in California is required to practice independently.

  • At least two years of post-licensure experience in clinical settings, particularly with children and adolescents, is .

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, successful candidates may also receive a sign-on bonus to ensure a smooth transition into our practice.
