Flint Logistics, LLC has immediate positions for licensed Class A commercial drivers supporting technology infrastructure transport to regional data centers. Compensation starts at $40 hourly, schedules run Monday through Friday with early starts for evening home time, and complete medical coverage activates day one. Routes stay within 50 miles of base, and dependable performers gain access to promotion opportunities as our operations expand.

Pay Structure and Scheduling
Drivers earn $40.00 per hour with premium overtime rates at 1.5x standard pay for weekly hours exceeding 40. Weekly earnings of $1,600 to $1,625 per week. Complete health package including medical insurance, dental care, and vision coverage starts your first day. Most routes launch around 5:00 AM with daily hours fluctuating between 6 and 12 based on client demand. Standard workweek spans five days with occasional weekend assignments.
Daily Responsibilities
Your role centers on safely operating Class A vehicles while adhering to federal transportation regulations and performing thorough equipment checks at shift beginning and end. You'll pick up server hardware and related technology from warehouse partners, securing loads according to safety protocols. Deliveries go to data center clients where you'll coordinate with technical staff on equipment placement and staging. Accurate documentation of each stop is required, along with prompt notification to management about route changes or safety issues. Work happens both independently and within driver teams depending on assignment complexity, often in zones with ongoing construction activity.
Qualifications We Require
Current Class A CDL in good standing is non-negotiable. Ideal candidates bring two years of professional truck driving experience, though we'll review applications from drivers with one solid year. Previous work in warehousing, moving companies, or freight operations strengthens your candidacy. You must safely handle items weighing 50 pounds throughout your shift and work effectively in outdoor conditions regardless of weather.

Time off prorated from hire date. Coverage begins first of month after 30 days.
Additional Pay: No bonuses or commissions beyond base pay and overtime.
