We are hiring on behalf of a leading service provider in critical and controlled environments, supporting industries such as semiconductor, data centers, and healthcare. This is a great opportunity to join a growing team with long-term potential.
Position Details:

• Pay: $19/hour + fringe benefits
• Schedule: Multiple shifts available (start times as early as 5:30 AM)
• Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

Job Summary:
The Cleanroom Cleaner is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in controlled environments. This role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team to ensure all spaces are safe and well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas including offices, restrooms, and common areas
• Dust, vacuum, and mop floors
• Clean windows, walls, and surfaces using proper techniques and products
• Clean tight or hard-to-reach areas, including below raised flooring and small spaces
• Dispose of waste in accordance with company and environmental guidelines
• Report maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies
• Provide excellent service and respond to client cleaning requests

Qualifications:

• Previous cleaning or janitorial experience , but not required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Ability to work independently and on a team
• Good time management skills
• Ability to perform physical tasks (lifting, bending, standing for extended periods)
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals is a plus

Requirements:

• Criminal background check required
• 9-panel saliva drug test required
• Willingness to wear coverall (cleanroom) suit when required
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and use stairs throughout shifts
• Steel-toed boots required
