We are looking for a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager (MEP) with expertise in commercial construction to manage all phases of our projects, from planning through completion. Candidates with industrial construction, specifically data centers experience will have a strong advantage. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining strong client relationships and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead all aspects of project planning and implementation, ensuring quality and financial goals are achieved.

Oversee project timelines, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.

Develop and manage project schedules, budgets controlling costs, ensuring profitability and revenue forecasts.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.

Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and senior management.

Resolve issues and conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.

Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and project teams.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Construction Management, mechanical engineering or construction science degree (or related experience)

Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in commercial construction.

Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects from start to finish.

Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and industry standards.

Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project, or similar).

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and contracts.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

Industrial construction experience is a strong advantage.
