The RoleWe’re hiring a Senior Superintendent to lead large-scale, ground-up commercial projects in the Dallas area. This is a true senior seat — ownership of the jobsite, authority in decision-making, and support from experienced PM and executive teams.Project Types Include:

What You’ll Do

  • Lead all on-site field operations for ground-up commercial projects
  • Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, materials, and logistics
  • Own jobsite safety, schedule, quality, and production
  • Run site meetings and enforce accountability
  • Collaborate closely with PMs, AEs, and ownership reps
  • Maintain high standards for workmanship and safety (OSHA-driven)

What We’re Looking For

  • 7+ years with a commercial general contractor
  • Proven success leading large ground-up commercial projects
  • Strong understanding of subcontractor scopes and field sequencing
  • Tech-forward: Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project
  • OSHA 30
  • Calm, decisive leader — respected by trades and teams
