Commercial Property Solicitor – Global Tech Company (Contract)

Location: Central London (Hybrid – 2–3 days on-site)

Contract: 3–6 months (with potential to extend)

A leading global technology company is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join its in-house legal team on a contract basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-value, cutting-edge real estate matters, particularly involving data centres and colocation facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise on a range of commercial property matters, with a focus on data centre and colocation agreements.
• Support real estate transactions and lease negotiations across the company’s UK and EMEA portfolio.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external counsel to ensure compliance and commercial efficiency.

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor with 4+ years’ PQE in commercial property law.
• Proven experience in data centre and colocation matters (essential).
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to work independently.
• Available to start at short notice.

This is a hybrid role based in Central London, requiring 2–3 days per week on-site.
