The Delia Group is expanding our commercial real estate division, and we’re searching for a Commercial Real Estate Administrator who can keep our operations sharp, efficient, and always one step ahead. This is your chance to play a pivotal role in one of Southeast Michigan’s most dynamic and rapidly growing real estate teams.
Compensation & Perks
- $65,000–$75,000 base salary

Compensation:

Responsibilities:
- Transaction Coordination: Manage commercial deals from executed contract through close — track key dates, organize documents, and oversee due diligence.
- System Management: Keep our digital infrastructure clean and organized. Update templates, maintain files, and streamline processes for efficiency.
- Client & Team Communication: Monitor team inboxes, ensure prompt responses, and serve as a liaison between clients, agents, and vendors.
- Deal Support: Assist with preparing and submitting LOIs and transaction documents.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in commercial real estate operations (required).
- Proficiency with CRMs, transaction management systems, and listing platforms.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills — you thrive under pressure and love solving problems.
- A proactive, “I’ve got this” attitude — you anticipate needs and act before you’re asked.
- Financial literacy and comfort with handling data and basic payroll.
- Calm, confident, and professional — especially when things get busy.
