A leading Am Law firm is seeking a Real Estate Associate to join its Reston office. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 2–5 years of sophisticated real estate transactional experience to work on high-level matters for prominent clients, with a strong emphasis on data center transactions and commercial real estate finance.

The ideal candidate will have experience handling a broad range of complex real estate transactions, including:

• Data center leasing and colocation agreements
• Acquisitions and dispositions
• Real estate due diligence and title review
• Negotiating and documenting secured real estate loans
• Commercial leases and financing transactions
• Managing closings and transaction workflow from start to finish

Candidates should come from a comparable law firm environment and demonstrate:

• Strong academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple sophisticated matters simultaneously
• A strong client-service mindset and collaborative approach
