$235,000 – $365,000

A premier global law firm is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Associate Attorney to join its New York office.

This opportunity is ideal for an attorney interested in representing technology companies, data center developers, institutional investors, REITs, private equity sponsors, lenders, and developers in sophisticated commercial real estate transactions.

Ideal Background

• 2–5 years of commercial real estate transactional experience gained at a sophisticated law firm

• Experience representing technology companies, institutional investors, developers, REITs, private equity sponsors, lenders, borrowers, and real estate investment funds

• Experience handling commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing transactions, and due diligence

• Experience with data center transactions, including leasing, colocation agreements, acquisitions, dispositions, development, and related real estate matters, is strongly

• Experience drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, leases, loan documents, easements, operating agreements, and other real estate transaction documents

• Experience reviewing title, survey, zoning, environmental reports, and other real estate due diligence materials

• Experience documenting, negotiating, and closing commercial real estate secured loans is

• Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, organizational, and communication skills

• Ability to independently manage multiple sophisticated transactions while maintaining significant client interaction

• Excellent academic credentials

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required

• New York bar admission required or ability to become admitted
