About the role
We are looking for a seasoned Commercial Roofing Foreman to lead crews on large-scale single ply roofing projects across the PNW. This is a hands-on leadership role for a self-motivated professional who can run a commercial job site from start to finish — on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will be working in high-stakes industrial environments, so a strong safety culture and attention to detail are non-negotiable.
Core requirements
Proven experience as a commercial roofing foreman or lead
Strong proficiency in TPO and PVC single ply membrane systems
Competent in commercial roofing repairs and maintenance
Ability to lead and mentor a crew while maintaining production quality
OSHA/WISHA compliance knowledge; OSHA 10 or 30 certification
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Nice to have
Experience with torch-down (modified bitumen) roofing
Familiarity with metal roofing or liquid-applied membrane systems
Experience working in active industrial or high-risk environments
Bilingual (English / Spanish) — strongly valued
Key responsibilities
Oversee daily commercial and industrial job site operations and crew performance
Install and inspect TPO, PVC, and other single ply membrane systems to spec
Coordinate material deliveries, tools, and equipment to keep projects on schedule
Enforce OSHA/WISHA safety protocols, fall protection, and hazmat handling procedures
Communicate project progress, issues, and material needs clearly to management
Minimize operational downtime for clients by executing projects efficiently
