Location: (Remote with Hybrid Flexibility)

Salary: $100,000 to $130,000 + Bonus

Job Type: Full-Time

About the Opportunity

Mammoth Recruitment is partnering with a well-established commercial roofing contractor to hire an experienced Project Manager for their growing new construction division. This company has the project volume, operational infrastructure, and field support to back a strong PM up. They work on large-scale, technically demanding projects including data centers, warehouses, large retail developments, and complex commercial builds across the country.

This is not a service or maintenance role. This is a true new construction seat for someone who wants to own projects, work on meaningful builds, and grow with a platform long term.

Commercial roofing new construction experience is required to be considered.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Lead commercial roofing new construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout
  • Own project schedules, budgets, change orders, cost control, and margin protection
  • Coordinate with general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal field teams
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and ownership groups throughout the project lifecycle
  • Enforce quality control and safety compliance across all active job sites
  • Identify problems early and drive solutions before they impact schedule or budget
  • Manage multiple active projects simultaneously with a high level of detail and accountability

What We Are Looking For

  • 7+ years of project management experience in commercial roofing
  • Strong new construction background including data centers, warehouses, or large industrial and institutional builds
  • Proven ability to manage project financials including budgets, cost control, and margin protection
  • Experience coordinating with general contractors, engineers, and ownership groups on complex builds
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once without losing attention to detail
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to hold teams accountable
  • High ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently in a remote environment
  • Proficiency with project management software and construction technology
