We are actively seeking an experienced Commercial Sheet Metal Field Superintendent to lead field operations across multiple commercial and industrial HVAC projects. This role is ideal for a highly skilled sheet metal leader who excels at managing field teams, coordinating schedules, maintaining quality standards, and driving successful project execution across diverse job sites.

In this position, you will oversee and coordinate sheet metal crews responsible for commercial HVAC ductwork installation, fabrication, and project execution. Responsibilities include reviewing project drawings, planning labor and material requirements, maintaining schedules, enforcing SMACNA and project specifications, coordinating with project managers and general contractors, resolving field challenges, ensuring jobsite safety, tracking daily progress, and maintaining project documentation. This role also includes mentoring foremen, apprentices, and field teams while building long-term workforce capability and strengthening operational performance.

What We're Looking For
We are seeking a highly organized, technically skilled field leader with deep commercial HVAC sheet metal experience and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining exceptional quality standards. Ideal candidates are dependable, safety-focused, and committed to developing strong field teams.

• 5+ years of commercial or industrial sheet metal installation experience
• Minimum 2+ years in a leadership, foreman, or supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, ductwork installation, and fabrication methods
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings
• Experience managing manpower, schedules, and field execution
• Strong communication and coordination skills across trades and leadership teams
• Working knowledge of SMACNA standards and commercial HVAC best practices
• Strong safety leadership and quality control mindset
• Ability to mentor apprentices, foremen, and technicians
