What you'll be doing
- Lead and support commissioning activities from design through project completion
- Develop commissioning plans, checklists and functional test procedures
- Review drawings, submittals and operation manuals
- Witness equipment startup and system testing
- Perform functional performance testing across mechanical and electrical systems
- Coordinate with owners, contractors and design teams
- Identify and resolve commissioning issues
- Support project handover and operator training
Who we're looking for
We're keen to hear from candidates with backgrounds in:
- Mechanical Commissioning
- Electrical Commissioning
- Building Systems Commissioning
- MEP Startup & Testing
- Building Automation / BAS / Controls
- Critical Facilities or Complex Infrastructure
You'll ideally have:
- 3+ years of commissioning or related experience
- Experience with HVAC, electrical or integrated building systems
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- A proactive approach and willingness to learn
- Confidence working both in the office and on project sites
