We are hiring a Commissioning Manager to join our team on a large-scale construction project in Phoenix, Arizona

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Project Oversight: Manage the commissioning phase of the battery plant, ensuring compliance with specifications and timelines.
  • Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate the commissioning team, including engineers, technicians, and contractors.
  • Testing and Validation: Develop and execute testing plans for equipment and systems to ensure they meet operational specifications.
  • Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation of commissioning processes, results, and compliance records.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve technical issues that arise during the commissioning process.
  • Safety Management: Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations throughout the
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates on progress and addressing concerns.

  • Carry out your duties to meet Quality, Safety and Environmental requirements at all times.

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven experience in commissioning management, preferably in large-scale industrial projects or battery manufacturing.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of battery technology, systems integration, and industrial processes.
  • Project Management Skills: Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder interaction.
  • Certification: Relevant certifications in project management or commissioning (e.g., PMP, CEng) are a plus.
