This role offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing you to connect with clients through telehealth. You will have the opportunity to work Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, supporting a balanced work-life dynamic. Key Responsibilities\n

- Manage a diverse caseload of clients, fostering rapport and developing strong therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional boundaries and ethics.
- Conduct regular client meetings to evaluate progress towards treatment goals, address concerns, and facilitate discharge planning when appropriate.
- Create, implement, and oversee person-centered treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of each client, integrating evidence-based practices where applicable.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and any relevant updates using our electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Engage in collaborative team meetings with fellow staff to continuously enhance service delivery and share insights about client care.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will work with a wide range of patients facing various mental health challenges. - Current and unrestricted LPC licensure, valid in the state of Connecticut.
