This role offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing you to connect with clients through telehealth. You will have the opportunity to work Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, supporting a balanced work-life dynamic. Key Responsibilities\n

  • Manage a diverse caseload of clients, fostering rapport and developing strong therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional boundaries and ethics.

  • Conduct regular client meetings to evaluate progress towards treatment goals, address concerns, and facilitate discharge planning when appropriate.

  • Create, implement, and oversee person-centered treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of each client, integrating evidence-based practices where applicable.

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and any relevant updates using our electronic health record (EHR) systems.

  • Engage in collaborative team meetings with fellow staff to continuously enhance service delivery and share insights about client care.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will work with a wide range of patients facing various mental health challenges. This includes individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other emotional or behavioral problems.   • A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field is required.

  • Current and unrestricted LPC licensure, valid in the state of Connecticut.

Compensation and Benefits\n
