This role is fully remote, allowing flexibility and convenience for both our counselors and clients. As a telehealth provider, you will perform all therapeutic services through secure, HIPAA-compliant virtual platforms. Key Responsibilities\n

- Maintain a manageable caseload of clients, establishing trust and rapport while upholding professional boundaries and ethics.
- Conduct client sessions on a weekly basis to evaluate progress, stabilize treatment needs, and determine eligibility for discharge as appropriate.
- Develop, implement, and regularly monitor comprehensive, person-centered treatment plans that reflect the unique goals and needs of each client.
- Document all client interactions accurately in line with legal and ethical standards, including maintaining up-to-date progress notes and intake assessments.
- Participate in individual supervision sessions for professional reflection and growth, enhancing your clinical skills and therapeutic effectiveness.
- Collaborate actively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to create an integrated care plan that addresses client needs comprehensively.

Qualifications\n

- A Master’s degree in mental health counseling from an accredited institution.
- A current, unrestricted, and active LPC license in Pennsylvania.
- Minimum of one year of professional experience in a clinical outpatient setting following your graduate education.
- Proficient in using various software systems, including Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY, for managing documentation and client information.
- Demonstrated experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
- Comfortable conducting intake assessments and establishing treatment goals collaboratively with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
The compensation for this role ranges from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, structured on a -for-service model that provides guaranteed rates paid in advance, eliminating delays typically associated with reimbursements.
