Compliance Coordinator – Facilities & Data Centre Solutions – Glasgow
Our client, a global provider of integrated facilities and data centre services, is seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Coordinator to join their growing team in Glasgow. This role will support contractual and commercial compliance across critical facilities operations, ensuring alignment with business policies, safety requirements, and client expectations.
The Role
The Compliance Coordinator will work closely with the compliance and procurement teams to maintain robust record-keeping, support training strategies, and ensure adherence to QHSE standards. The successful candidate will play a key role in monitoring compliance activities, auditing processes, and supporting continuous improvement across the contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Support compliance activities across statutory areas (e.g., L8, LOLER, PSSR, Gas Safe).
- Manage and maintain accurate compliance records and documentation.
- Ensure business policies and processes are communicated and implemented.
- Contribute to the development and delivery of training strategies.
- Support the leadership team in achieving SLA and functional standards.
- Compile compliance reports and performance metrics, providing analysis and guidance.
- Assist with reviews of policies, procedures, risk assessments, and safe systems of work.
- Support SHEP (Safety, Health & Environment Process) management and adherence.
- Provide effective communication and support across contract teams.
Candidate Profile
- Strong customer focus with a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication skills, able to build relationships at all levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Previous facilities management knowledge or experience desirable.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive.
