The Project Construction Manager will lead large teams overseeing data center construction projects, ensuring efficient execution and adherence to timelines. This role demands strong organizational skills and expertise in construction project management tools, particularly Procore. The manager will focus on optimizing project workflows without the need for travel between sites, contributing to substantial opportunities for advancement in management within the company.

 

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate a large team of 16+ people on data center construction projects
  • Oversee all phases of construction to ensure project milestones are met
  • Utilize Procore to manage project documentation, schedules, and communications
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to address project challenges and risks
  • Monitor project budgets and resources effectively to optimize performance
  • Facilitate team meetings and progress reporting without travel requirements

 

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in construction project management
