Electrical Construction Manager\n\nThe Opportunity\n\nV7 Recruitment are partnering with a leading data centre and mission-critical construction business to appoint an experienced Electrical Construction Manager for a major hyperscale data centre programme in Northern Europe.\n\nThis is a senior site leadership opportunity responsible for managing the successful delivery of electrical works across a large-scale technical construction project. Working within an established project team, the successful individual will play a key role in driving programme performance, managing specialist subcontractors and ensuring electrical systems are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.\n\nThe position offers the opportunity to contribute to one of Europe's fastest-growing construction sectors, working on a major development alongside experienced project, engineering, commercial and construction professionals.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nTake ownership of electrical construction activities across assigned project areas, ensuring works are delivered in line with programme, quality and safety objectives.\nLead site-based teams and specialist electrical subcontractors throughout the delivery lifecycle.\nDrive programme performance by monitoring progress, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions where required.\nCoordinate closely with project management, planning, engineering and commissioning teams to support successful project execution.\nReview technical information, construction documentation and electrical design information to support buildability and efficient delivery.\nManage subcontractor performance, manpower levels and resource planning across multiple work fronts.\nLead construction meetings, progress reviews and coordination workshops with internal and external stakeholders.\nPromote and maintain high standards of health, safety, quality and compliance across all site activities.\nSupport commercial performance through effective management of change, variations and package delivery.\nIdentify and resolve technical, installation and coordination issues before they impact programme milestones.\nSupport testing, commissioning, energisation, handover and project close-out activities.Candidate Profile\nPrevious experience operating as an Electrical Construction Manager, Electrical Package Manager, Electrical Project Manager or similar site leadership role.\nStrong background delivering electrical systems on large-scale construction projects.\nProven experience managing specialist subcontractors and coordinating multiple project stakeholders.\nStrong understanding of construction sequencing, programme delivery and site operations.\nAbility to manage technical, commercial and operational workstreams within complex project environments.\nExcellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.\nStrong technical understanding of electrical installation, commissioning and project delivery processes.\nExperience within data centres, mission-critical facilities, industrial, pharmaceutical, advanced manufacturing or similarly complex construction sectors would be highly advantageous.What's On Offer\nOpportunity to play a key role on a major hyperscale data centre development within a growing European project portfolio.\nExposure to some of the largest and most technically demanding construction programmes currently being delivered across Europe.\nLong-term project pipeline supported by continued investment and project growth.\nCollaborative project environment with close interaction across construction, engineering, commercial and commissioning teams.\nCompetitive salary, benefits package and long-term career progression opportunities.\nFor a confidential discussion or further information, please apply directly or contact Milan Jaizani on (phone number removed).\n\nV7 Recruitment is an equal opportunities employer and does not discriminate on the grounds of , , , reassignment, marriage or civil partnership, or maternity, race, or belief, , or .
