Electrical Package Manager\n\nThe Opportunity\n\nV7 Recruitment are partnering with a leading data centre and mission-critical construction business to appoint an experienced Electrical Package Manager for a major hyperscale data centre programme in Northern Europe.\n\nThis is a key delivery role responsible for managing the successful execution of major electrical packages on a large-scale technical construction project. Working within an established project team, the successful candidate will take ownership of package delivery, ensuring programme milestones, subcontractor performance, quality standards and project objectives are achieved.\n\nThe position offers the opportunity to contribute to one of Europe's most significant data centre developments, working alongside experienced construction, engineering, commercial and commissioning professionals within a highly collaborative project environment.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nTake ownership of designated electrical packages from installation through to completion and handover.\nCoordinate specialist subcontractors and site teams to ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with project requirements.\nDrive package performance against key programme milestones and delivery objectives.\nMonitor subcontractor progress, resource levels and site activities across multiple work fronts.\nCoordinate closely with project management, planning, engineering and commissioning teams to support successful package delivery.\nReview technical information, construction documentation and design deliverables to ensure effective coordination and buildability.\nManage technical queries, design interfaces and site coordination issues throughout the delivery lifecycle.\nSupport commercial activities including change management, variations and package reporting.\nLead package coordination meetings and contribute to wider project planning and progress reviews.\nPromote high standards of health, safety, quality and compliance across all package activities.\nSupport testing, commissioning, snagging and final handover processes.Candidate Profile\nPrevious experience operating as an Electrical Package Manager, Senior Electrical Engineer, Electrical Construction Manager, Electrical Project Engineer or similar delivery-focused position.\nStrong background delivering electrical packages on major construction projects.\nProven experience managing specialist subcontractors and coordinating multiple project stakeholders.\nStrong understanding of construction sequencing, programme delivery and package management.\nAbility to manage technical, operational and commercial aspects of project delivery.\nExcellent communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills.\nStrong technical understanding of electrical systems, installation methodologies and project delivery processes.\nExperience within data centres, mission-critical facilities, industrial, pharmaceutical, semiconductor or other technically demanding construction sectors would be highly advantageous.What's On Offer\nOpportunity to take ownership of major electrical packages on a hyperscale data centre development.\nExposure to some of the largest and most technically complex construction programmes currently being delivered across Europe.\nLong-term project pipeline supported by continued growth and investment.\nCollaborative project environment with close interaction across construction, engineering, commercial and commissioning teams.\nCompetitive salary, benefits package and long-term career progression opportunities.\nFor a confidential discussion or further information, please apply directly or contact Milan Jaizani on (phone number removed).\n\nV7 Recruitment is an equal opportunities employer and does not discriminate on the grounds of , , , reassignment, marriage or civil partnership, or maternity, , religion or belief, , or sexual .
