Job Description
We are supporting a global data centre developer in the appointment of a newly created Construction Scheduler role, supporting major Data Centre builds across EMEA.
This is a high-impact position governing scheduling standards across multiple live projects, working closely with project management, pre-construction and supply chain partners.
Travel across EMEA approx. 2x per month (2–3 days at a time).
The Role
You will:
- Govern construction scheduling best practice across multiple projects
- Review and challenge contractor baseline programmes
- Apply Critical Path Methodology (CPM)
- Conduct time impact assessments & delay analysis
- Support risk analysis (QRA / SQRA)
- Report key risks & opportunities to senior leadership
- Work closely with commissioning & client fit-out teams
What We’re Looking For
- Proven construction scheduling experience (essential)
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects
- Data Centre experience highly desirable
- Strong working knowledge of Primavera P6 / MS Project / ASTA
- Experience with Earned Value & risk tools
- Confident influencing contractors & stakeholders across EMEA
