We are supporting a global data centre developer in the appointment of a newly created Construction Scheduler role, supporting major Data Centre builds across EMEA.

This is a high-impact position governing scheduling standards across multiple live projects, working closely with project management, pre-construction and supply chain partners.

Travel across EMEA approx. 2x per month (2–3 days at a time).

The Role

You will:

  • Govern construction scheduling best practice across multiple projects
  • Review and challenge contractor baseline programmes
  • Apply Critical Path Methodology (CPM)
  • Conduct time impact assessments & delay analysis
  • Support risk analysis (QRA / SQRA)
  • Report key risks & opportunities to senior leadership
  • Work closely with commissioning & client fit-out teams

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven construction scheduling experience (essential)
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects
  • Data Centre experience highly desirable
  • Strong working knowledge of Primavera P6 / MS Project / ASTA
  • Experience with Earned Value & risk tools
  • Confident influencing contractors & stakeholders across EMEA
