Non-Contentious Construction Solicitor – Bristol

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Non-Contentious Construction Solicitor to join a market-leading international firm in Bristol. Work on high-profile UK and international projects across commercial, residential, mixed-use and infrastructure sectors.

The Role

• Negotiate and draft construction contracts (including JCT amendments)
• Advise on professional appointments, warranties and development agreements
• Conduct construction due diligence for real estate transactions
• Support clients on risk management, building safety, ESG and innovative procurement projects
• Contribute to complex, high-value schemes including data centres and regeneration projects

About You

\n
• Qualified Solicitor circa 1–2 years’ PQE in non-contentious construction law
• Experience in real estate development or infrastructure projects
