Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJob Title: ControllerStatus: Full-Time, ExemptCompany Overview:We are a leading manufacturer of semiconductor components for industrial, automotive, data center, and consumer electronics clients across North America, Asia, and Europe.Position Summary:We seek a proactive and hands-on Controller to lead all accounting and finance functions. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role offers significant visibility across the organization and interaction with private equity partner. Key responsibilities include financial reporting, cash flow management, audits, budgeting, and cost accounting. The Controller will also oversee billing, accounts payable, payroll, and support business operations with strategic financial insights.Key Responsibilities:• Manage all accounting operations (A/P, A/R, G/L, cost accounting, revenue recognition)• Prepare accurate financial reports, forecasts, and budgets• Lead annual audit and ensure GAAP compliance• Develop and improve internal controls and accounting processes• Provide financial analysis to support strategic decision-making• Supervise and support finance staff and cross-functional teamsQualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA )• 7+ years of accounting/finance experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; and QuickBooks, is a plus• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and with executivesBenefits• Salary to $160k• M/D/V Insurance• Vacation & Holiday Pay• 401k Match• Discretionary Bonus
