CSA Construction Manager

Warden Tyne are recruiting on behalf of a valued client who are currently undertaking the construction of a Data Centre.\n\nDuties include (but not limited to):\n\n * Manage and coordinate all internal CSA fit-out activities, including white wall installations, internal partitions and architectural finishes.\n\n * Oversee the installation of specialist data centre door sets, frames, hardware and associated structural supports.\n\n * Ensure white wall systems are installed in accordance with project specifications, cleanliness requirements and quality standards.\n\n * Coordinate the sequencing of internal works to align with MEP activities and commissioning milestones.\n\n * Review and approve subcontractor method statements, inspection and test plans (ITPs), and technical submittals for internal packages.\n\n * Conduct routine inspections to verify workmanship, dimensional accuracy and compliance with approved drawings and specifications.\n\n * Monitor progress of internal fit-out works and implement corrective actions to maintain programme commitments.\n\n * Manage snagging, defect identification and close-out of all internal architectural works.\n\n * Ensure strict adherence to health, safety and housekeeping standards within live construction environments.\n\n * Maintain detailed records of inspections, progress updates and quality documentation.\n\n * Liaise with clients, consultants and multidisciplinary teams to resolve technical issues and facilitate successful handover of internal areas.\n\nQualifications and Training Requirements\n\n * Relevant construction qualification (HNC/HND, NVQ Level 6 or degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related discipline).\n\n * Valid SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification.\n\n * Appropriate CSCS Card (Black Manager Card ).\n\n * Current First Aid at Work certification.\n\nOn offer:\n\n * Negotiable day rate\n\n * IR35 Assessment and/or CIS working available
