As a CSA Engineer, you will manage Civil, Structural, and Architectural packages, ensuring technical compliance and seamless site execution.
 
CSA Engineer Responsibilities:

  • Lead the day-to-day operations of CSA packages, including site supervision, subcontractor coordination, and interface management.
  • \n

  • Oversee site safety and quality files; perform due diligence on supervisor checklists and ensure subcontractors strictly follow QA/QC procedures.
  • \n

  • Manage the project schedule; track subcontractor manpower and progress against baselines, and issue detailed weekly reports on milestones and risks.
  • \n

  • Review drawings and technical submissions to identify deficiencies; ensure the link between design information and construction drawings is maintained.
  • \n

  • Report weekly on-site events with commercial impacts (variations/delays); assist with valuations, material deliveries, and plant equipment costs.
  • \n

  • Chair weekly meetings covering EHS, procurement, and progress; manage the "In Progress" snagging system to ensure timely close-outs.
  • \n

  • Finalise O&M manuals, punch lists, safety files, and final accounts to ensure a smooth handover.
  • \n

 
CSA Engineer Key Requirements

    \n
  • Degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
  • \n

  • 5–10 years of relevant experience, with a proven track record of managing and coordinating large-scale projects.
  • \n

  • Familiarity with BIM workflows and digital tools (Revit, Tekla, Navisworks).
  • \n

  • Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex interfaces under pressure.
  • \n

  • Knowledge of LEED/BREEAM practices and embodied carbon considerations.
  • \n

  • Knowledge of German or European building regulations.
  • \n
