CSA Supervisor - Data Centre -Frankfurt

An award-winning general Contractor focused on delivering complex industrial projects in Europe is currently seeking an ambitious and driven CSA Supervisor who is proactive and keen to progress withing a constantly growing sector. Ideally, candidates will have worked on large industrial projects of value £200m+ as this is a large fit out scheme, someone coming from this bias is advantageous\n\nPlease note that you would be employed under the host country employment law. The need for Data Centre Infrastructure continues to grow.\n\nCSA Supervisor Responsibilities:\n\n * Management of Site QA in conjunction with the CSA Package manager including set up, management, and close out of the file.\n\n * Management of all day-to-day on-site operations for the CSA packages.\n\n * Assist with the management of all costs associated with your package including:\n\n * CSA Team\n\n * Sub-contractors\n\n * Material deliveries and goods receipting.\n\n * Plant and Equipment\n\n * Variations\n\n * Familiarity with and management of Project Schedule in conjunction with other trades and Package Leads.\n\n * Attendance at Site Meetings, Internal Project Reviews, Engineering Reviews, Planning and Co-ordination Meetings and Handover Meetings where required.\n\n * Close out of all project items including O & M Manuals, Punch List, Safety File, QA File – all with the support of the CSA package manager\n\nCSA Supervisor Essential Criteria for the Role:\n\n * A trade background and 5 - 10 years previous experience in supervising installation crews and sub-contractors.\n\n * Proven record of supervising and involvement of large installation projects\n\n * Experienced in design and build\n\n * Good technical knowledge of both CSA systems\n\n * Ability to work well within strict deadlines\n\nTo apply for this role please forward your CV to the link provided, or call Niall on (phone number removed)
