A leading international contractor, renowned for delivering large-scale and technically complex projects across Europe, is seeking an experienced Electrical Lead to join their team on a high-profile data centre project in Frankfurt.\nThis is a permanent position offering long-term work with a strong pipeline of future projects across the region. The role would suit a driven electrical professional with proven leadership experience on major MEP or mission-critical builds.\nKey Responsibilities:\n * \n Oversee all electrical installation and commissioning activities on site.\n * \n Manage subcontractors and coordinate daily site operations.\n * \n Ensure project delivery in line with safety, quality, and programme expectations.\n * \n Liaise with project management, design teams, and client representatives.\n * \n Drive quality assurance, inspections, and handover documentation.\n * \n Lead weekly planning meetings and ensure alignment with construction milestones.\n * \n Provide leadership, mentoring, and guidance to the site electrical team.\n * \n Report progress, risks, and resource needs to senior management.\nRequirements:\n * \n EU passport – essential for site access and compliance.\n * \n 5+ years’ experience in electrical leadership roles on large-scale industrial or data centre projects.\n * \n Strong understanding of electrical systems: LV/MV distribution, UPS, generators, fire alarm, and controls.\n * \n Proven ability to manage subcontractors, schedules, and technical delivery.\n * \n Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills.\n * \n Relevant trade or engineering qualification in electrical discipline.\nIf you would like to apply for this position, please forward your CV to Meallagh using the email link provided
