CSA/Fit Out Project Manager Opportunity - Leading Contractor - NW Projects\n\nMK Search are working closely with a leading turnkey contractor who are looking to engage with an experienced CSA/Fit Out Project Manager for their NW office. The company in question have a strong reputation in the commercial fit out, data centre, retail and healthcare sectors.\n\nYou will be joining a well established business who have long standing relationships with prestigious end users and main contractors, who have a deep rooted history in M&E delivery and full turnkey project solutions.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\n * Proven experience delivering high-quality MEP, Civil, and Fit-Out projects from design through to commissioning.\n\n * Strong client-facing skills with a focus on customer care and professional delivery.\n\n * Confident communicator: able to lead meetings, drive decisions, and ensure clear documentation.\n\n * Skilled in interpreting technical specs, drawings, and full project requirements.\n\n * Familiar with RIBA stages, project risk management, and programme sequencing.\n\n * Proactive in tracking progress, meeting deadlines, and resolving issues early.\n\n * Experienced in validations, RFIs, TQs, and technical submissions.\n\n * Commercially aware with working knowledge of JCT/NEC contracts, variations, and EOTs.\n\n * Builds effective relationships with clients, suppliers, and consultants.\n\n * Strong leadership in coordinating trades and maintaining HSEQ compliance to the highest standards.\n\nPlease apply if you would like to find out more
