JOB SUMMARY:

The Customer Service Representative handles key accounts and projects in the St. Louis District including handling quotes, orders and project deliveries.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Interact with customers on an ongoing basis, fielding incoming inquiries, entering orders and providing support in timely manner.

· Effectively communicate with customers and St. Louis office sales representatives throughout project duration to ensure timely deliveries.

· Coordinate changes in shipping dates, quantity changes and length changes to existing orders.

· Ensure current projects / orders are correctly entered and provide acknowledgements with customer.

· Generate packing list and shipment schedules for customers.

· Ensure every customer’s experience is to the highest level, The Okonite Standard.

· Take an active role in engaging with customers and building relationships.

· Coordinate with Okonite production and Quotations groups to meet customer needs.

 

 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

· Requires strong verbal and written communication skills

· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word and Excel

 

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:

College degree
