How You Will Make An Impact

  • Lead system-level product strategy for thermal management offerings focused on modern data centers and high-density compute
  • Translate market needs into clear system positioning, value propositions, and roadmap input for equipment and controls product teams
  • Own commercialization planning with marketing, including launch readiness, messaging, and field enablement
  • Build and maintain sales tools: customer presentations, system literature, web content guidance, and training assets
  • Partner with innovation and engineering to shape requirements and ensure solutions are deployable and supportable
  • Support customer and sales engagements by delivering technical-commercial presentations and helping unblock complex pursuits

Do you bring proven success in commercializing technically complex systems?

  • 8+ years in product management, product marketing, sales enablement, applications engineering, or adjacent roles tied to engineered systems
  • Demonstrated ability to commercialize and scale complex technical offerings through a field sales/channel organization
  • Credible knowledge of data center cooling, ideally including direct-to-chip liquid cooling, CDUs, heat exchangers, controls/operations, and deployment realities
  • Strong business judgment: market sensing, competitive awareness, prioritization, stakeholder influence
  • Confident communicator who can build alignment across product, engineering, sales, and marketing audiences
  • Engineering degree strongly ; MBA a plus
