How You Will Make an Impact

  • Serve as a subject matter expert guiding the design and development of advanced thermal management architectures for modern data centers and semiconductor facilities.
  • Lead system-level engineering activities, from conceptual design through validation and market introduction.
  • Perform detailed analysis and modeling to evaluate equipment performance and system behavior.
  • Define system operation modes, control sequences, and documentation required for commercialization.
  • Collaborate across engineering, modeling, product, and field organizations to ensure alignment and technical excellence.
  • Provide technical expertise supporting strategic project pursuits and customer engagements.
  • Represent the company at industry events, presenting technical content and contributing to standards development.
  • Mentor and support less-experienced engineers involved in complex system design initiatives.

Do You Have a Track Record of Success in Advanced Thermal System Design?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with significant coursework or experience in thermal/fluid sciences or control systems.
  • 8+ years of engineering experience involving system-level HVAC, cooling, or thermal management solutions.
  • Strong analytical capability, including modeling, simulation, and performance evaluation.
  • Experience supporting or designing systems for data centers, semiconductor facilities, or other high-tech environments .
  • Familiarity with PLC controls, HVAC components, and power distribution systems is a plus.
  • Excellent communicator capable of presenting complex concepts to stakeholders and customers.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as project needs require.
  • Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and technical documentation tools.
