What You'll Do:

The Supply Chain Planning & Procurement team at CoreWeave is responsible for ensuring the right infrastructure equipment is available at the right time, in the right place, at scale to support rapid data center expansion. This team works cross-functionally with Engineering, Construction, Data Center Operations, Finance, Accounting, and Suppliers to translate demand signals into executable supply and inventory strategies across CoreWeave's global footprint. This role blends advanced supply chain planning, master scheduling, and procurement execution, with a strong emphasis on OFCI equipment lifecycle management and data-driven decision-making.

Master Scheduling & Supply Chain Planning

  • Oversee the development of Master Production Schedules (MPS) aligned with demand forecasts and capacity constraints.
  • Monitor KPIs such as forecast accuracy, inventory turns, and capacity utilization to guide planning decisions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize supply positioning against demand and provide input to the S&OP process.
  • Use APS tools and ERP systems to enhance visibility, forecast accuracy, and scheduling efficiency.
  • Partner closely with strategic sourcing to develop inventory strategies.
  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, construction, and data center ops to forecast requirements.

Project Execution & Equipment Lifecycle Management

  • Coordinate the end-to-end lifecycle of Owner-Furnished Contractor Installed (OFCI) equipment from purchase through to commissioning.
  • Work with construction partners and field operations to ensure schedule alignment and adherence.
  • Monitor inventory locations and recommend capital asset reallocation to mitigate E&O

Data & Process Management

  • Ensure data integrity across procurement and planning systems through documentation, audits, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop playbooks, training materials, and business process documentation in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Lead digital transformation initiatives to automate and streamline planning and procurement workflows.

Stakeholder & Supplier Management

  • Define and monitor supplier KPIs, SLAs, and business review cadences (weekly check-ins, QBRs, performance improvement plans).
  • Build strong relationships with external suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure transparency, alignment, and accountability.
  • Support change management activities for project updates, escalation resolution, and budgetary realignments.

About the role:

As a Data Center Supply Chain Planning & Procurement Manager, you will own the end-to-end planning and execution framework for critical data center infrastructure equipment. Your day-to-day will involve developing master production schedules, aligning supply with construction demand, managing inventory positioning, and partnering with sourcing teams to mitigate risk and maintain continuity. You'll operate at the intersection of planning, procurement, and project execution—ensuring CoreWeave can scale reliably in a hyper-growth environment.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, Operations, or related field (Master's )
  • 7–10+ years of experience in supply chain planning, procurement, master scheduling, or infrastructure project delivery
  • Direct experience supporting data center construction or critical infrastructure (MEP equipment, OFCI categories)
  • Demonstrated ownership of Master Production Schedules (MPS) and demand-to-supply alignment
  • Experience using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and APS / planning tools
  • Proven ability to manage equipment lifecycle from purchase through commissioning
  • Experience defining and tracking KPIs such as forecast accuracy, inventory turns, and capacity utilization
  • Ability to manage inventory positioning, redeployment, and mitigation of excess & obsolete (E&O) risk
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% to data center sites, suppliers, and industry events

The base salary range for this role is $122,000 to $179,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).

While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets.
