Senior Manager, Supply Chain Systems

What You’ll Do:

You will lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of systems supporting our planning, procurement, logistics, and fulfillment operations. This leader will serve as the strategic partner to our Supply Chain, Operations, and Planning teams, ensuring our systems scale with the business while maintaining accuracy, visibility, and control across the product lifecycle.

The ideal candidate combines deep process understanding with strong technical acumen, especially across tools like ERP(Netsuite/SAP/Oracle) , Coupa, Arena, Kinaxis, MRP, WMS/3PL integrations, and Supply and capacity planning platforms in a capital heavy business like DataCenters. 

About the role:

  • Own and manage end-to-end systems that support the Supply Chain function — from Planning, sourcing and procurement to receiving and fulfillment and Operation. 
  • Lead the roadmap and architecture for tools supporting both indirect and direct procurement, item master, inventory management, MRP, supply planning, and logistics.  
  • Partner with Planning and Sourcing teams to support MRP-driven purchasing, BOM setup, safety stock, and supply planning logic
  • Own tool selection and implementation across PLM/PDM, Advance planning, TMS, WMS in addition to adding capabilities in existing application stack. 
  • Manage integrations with 3PLs, WMS, or other logistics partners (EDI, API, CSV, etc.)
  • Oversee implementation and optimization of NetSuite modules related to items,POs, inventory, transfers, and receiving and the integrations with planning tools. 
  • Collaborate with Finance Systems on inventory accounting, 3-way match processes, and audit readiness
  • Own intake and prioritization of SC systems requests across the business

Who You Are: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 10+ years of deep technical implementation experience in Supply Chain systems or business systems roles, with at least 5 years in a manager or lead capacity
  • Strong experience with NetSuite OR a Tier1 ERP(SAP/Oracle) , especially in Direct procurement -  items, purchasing, inventory, RMA. 
  • Experience with planning platforms (Anaplan, Kinaxis, Excel-based models, etc.)
  • Experience implementing PLM/PDM, inventory management and operations, Inventory Asset tagging and control etc
  • Strong understanding of operational processes: PO lifecycle, receiving, BOMs, inventory transfers, replenishment
  • Proven experience working with 3PLs, EDI or API integrations
  • Experience with implementing Coupa or other procurement tools for indirect spend and working with managed business service providers. 
  • Experience in implementing IT SOX controls in the supply chain domain, executing control activity and managing audit requests. 
  • Technical knowledge to lead implementation of 1st party tools where needed. 
  • Ability to manage cross-functional relationships across Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations. 
  • Background in manufacturing, data center, hardware, or similar business with exposure to global inventory and multi-location stock management is a plus.

The base salary range for this role is $161,000 to $237,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).

Our Workplace

While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets. New hires will be invited to attend onboarding at one of our hubs within their first month. Teams also gather quarterly to support collaboration
