Data Centre Day Engineer\nWatford, Hertfordshire\n£45,000 - £50,000\n\nThis is a great opportunity for a Data Centre Day Engineer in Watford! This is a unique role if you're looking to gain experience within a critical environment, gain HV training and work outside of London!\n\nAs a Data Centre Day Engineer, you will be tasked with PPM and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems, ensure full efficiency of critical plant, involved within site shutdowns and blackouts, liaise with subcontractors and update site logbooks\n\nData Centre Day Engineer Duties:\n\nPPMs & Reactive maintenance \nSingle and Three Phase Power, Motors, Generators (on/off load tests), UPS, LV/HV switching, Shutdowns, Switchgear, Motors, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarm Test, AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, CRAC units, Sprinkler Systems, Pumps, Belts, Bearings, Seals, BMS Operation \nCarry out isolation of plant and systems in accordance with safety requirements. \nEnsure corrective/repair works are carried out in accordance with regulations.

\nEndorse safe working practices, quality standards conformity and best practice methods. \nOrganising subcontractors \nCompleting logbooks and RAMS \nReports \nLiaising with client representatives in respect of corrective repair works. \nPermits to work \nRaise and close jobs on PDA's as necessary.
