Data Centre Manager\n\nGenesis Technology Services Ltd is seeking an experienced Data Centre Manager to lead operations at a high-performing, owned-and-operated facility. You’ll manage DCS and M&E teams, ensuring safety, reliability, and service excellence while driving continuous improvement and commercial growth.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * Lead and develop on-site teams\n\n * Ensure compliance with H&S, security, and industry accreditations\n\n * Oversee 24/7 operations, maintenance, and contractors\n\n * Manage budgets and drive cost efficiency\n\n * Improve energy performance and optimise infrastructure\n\n * Maintain risk registers and ensure operational readiness\n\n * Maximise site capacity across space, power, and connectivity\n\nAbout You\n\n * Technical/engineering background or equivalent experience\n\n * Strong data centre infrastructure knowledge\n\n * Confident leader with client-facing experience\n\n * Highly organised, proactive, and adaptable\n\n * Good understanding of UK regulatory requirements (H&S, ISO 27001/14000, PCI)\n\n * Full UK driving licence
