Deputy General Counsel - Commercial

Job Description

A company in the data center / digital infrastructure industry is seeking a Deputy General Counsel to support commercial and technology transactions and lead legal support for customer and partner agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial, technology, and customer agreements
• Advise internal teams on legal and business risks
• Maintain contract templates and legal processes
• Support data center and infrastructure-related transactions
• Manage legal staff supporting sales and commercial operations

Qualifications:

• JD and active U.S. law license
• ~10+ years commercial / transactional experience
• Experience with technology, cloud, or data center agreements
• Strong business judgment and communication skills
• Prior in-house experience
