\nThis is a newly created role delivering a UK portfolio of technically complex data centre and industrial & logistics developments, working alongside a highly experienced in-house Development, Investment and Asset Management team.\n
\n
\nWe're looking for someone with:\n
\n

\n
• Proven client-side or consultancy experience delivering large-scale data centre projects.

\n

• A strong background in project delivery, procurement, design management and stakeholder management.

\n

• Experience managing major projects from pre-construction through to completion.

\n

• MRICS, MICE or equivalent professional qualification.

\n
