Reporting directly to the Engineering Manager we are currently seeking a Document Control Specialist for our day shift to be based at our Commerce City, CO facility.

Duties:
• Perform all work in compliance with company policy and within the guidelines of its Quality System.
• Responsible for reviewing, assessing and monitoring products and relevant documentation to ensure
compliance to requirements.
• Work on quality improvement projects. May present project related information to management as requested.
• Perform inspection of manufacturing materials, equipment and finished products.
• Initiate NCRs with a thorough description of the non-conformance including target as well as discrepancy,
quantity and standard used for rejection.
• Read and interpret specifications, including mechanical and electrical drawings.
• Review quality, production, and engineering documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Evaluates data and writes reports to validate or indicate deviations from existing standards
• Effectively manage multiple projects at the same time.
• Attention to detail, good communication skills, the ability to troubleshoot problems using technical and creative
solutions, and adapt to change.
• Apply information management protocols to efficiently manage documents throughout their life cycle using
Microsoft folder structure

Position Summary: Document Control Specialists may work on quality improvement projects, monitor NCR’s (including
associated activities, and perform specialized inspections for raw materials. The specialist will organize, store, control,
and facilitate accurate management of information, documents, and data. Including engineering revision control,
production, and procurements documents.
This position requires a high level of self-direction and motivation. Timely and accurate work is expected. This position
regularly interacts and collaborates with other departments. The work is fast paced, requires prioritization of daily
tasks, and attention to detail. Effective communication, written and verbal, is critical.
