Position: Document Quality Analyst
Compensation: $19 - $20 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Document Quality Analyst to join their team!

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Verify information accuracy according to regulatory standards
- Perform research and maintenance in the FIS/Mocha3270 system
- Quality review of account documents and signature cards
- Resolve complex customer service issues
- Upload and manage documents using Synergy
- Perform account maintenance and processing requests
- Ensure compliance and audit requirements are met
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 2-3 years of bank operations experience
- 5+ years in banking or equivalent experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in financial systems and software
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with regulatory compliance and audit processes
- Familiarity with Synergy document management
