Pay: $50-55 per hour, depending on experience

Per Diem: $150 per day

Schedule: 13 days on / 1 day off

Project: 18-month data center construction project

Help Deliver a Major Data Center Construction Project

\n
We are seeking an Electrical Assistant Project Manager / Assistant Construction Manager to support a large-scale data center construction project in the Abernathy and Lubbock, Texas area.
\n
This position works closely with Project Managers, Construction Managers, Superintendents, subcontractors and clients to support project execution, scheduling, procurement, reporting, project controls and field coordination.

What You Will Do

- \n
- Support project scheduling, planning and milestone tracking
- Coordinate procurement, material delivery and equipment requirements
- Assist with RFIs, submittals, project documentation and correspondence
- Track project costs, financial performance and budget information
- Support forecasting, reporting and change-management processes
- Coordinate with electrical subcontractors, vendors and project teams
- Participate in client meetings, coordination meetings and progress reviews
- Monitor project progress and communicate potential schedule or cost impacts
- Support field leadership with day-to-day project execution
- Promote jobsite safety, quality and compliance with project requirements

What You Bring
\n
- \n
- Electrical construction experience in commercial, industrial, mission-critical or data center projects
- Experience as an Electrical Superintendent
- At least 1 year of experience as an Assistant Project Manager or Project Manager
- Strong understanding of construction scheduling, procurement and project controls
- Ability to read and understand electrical drawings, specifications and project documents
- Experience coordinating subcontractors, vendors and construction activities
- Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work a 13-days-on / 1-day-off schedule
- Commitment to safety, quality and successful project delivery

Experience with data centers, mission-critical facilities, industrial electrical construction, large-scale electrical infrastructure, project controls, cost tracking, forecasting, RFIs, submittals or change management is strongly .
