Electrical BIM Modeler

Details:

-5 days x 10 hours with potential of Saturdays notified in advance

-30 Minute Lunch (Unpaid); 2x 15 minute (Paid) Breaks

DL -$33/hr - $50/hr Range depending on experience.

- 6:30 AM Start time

-Northeast Lincoln Close to 77 and I-80 (Exit 405)

-Start ASAP

Required:

-Revit:

Sheet creation and detailing

Electrical modeling knowledge

Basic family creation and usage knowledge

-Basic electrical knowledge

-Familiar with NEC

-Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (i.e. Word, excel, outlook, and teams)

-Capable of following directions

-Capable of tracking issues and following up without prompting

-Capable of communicating progress on work with ETAs for completion

:

-Revizto or Navisworks experience (be able to use the software in reference to Revit for clash detection)

-Local to Lincoln or Omaha

-Data Center Experience
