Salter Grange is currently recruiting for an Electrical Construction Manager to join a Leading Engineering Contractor on a large Data Centre in Germany.
 
Ideally, candidates will have experience working as an Electrical Construction Manager on large, fast-track construction projects such as industrial, Aviation, Healthcare, Pharma, or Commercial Projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to bolster your resume by working on one of the company’s flagship projects.

Electrical Construction Manager Responsibilities:

    \n
  • Management of all day-to-day site operations

    • \n

  • Management of sub-contractor activities, including tracking progress against schedule and staffing levels. Ensure that there is a weekly meeting with subcontractors.

    • \n

  • Ensure that direct labour hours and sub-contractor hours are reported to the time administrator for centralised tracking.

    • \n

  • Attendance at Site Meetings, Internal Project Reviews, Engineering Reviews, Planning and Co-ordination Meetings and Handover Meetings

    • \n

  • Record weekly safety stats & project labour projections.

    • \n

  • Ensure that there are weekly commercial meetings with the commercial team to ensure all variations are being captured and costs are issued to the client.

    • \n

  • Develop and implement company procedures with the package managers

    • \n

 
Electrical Construction Manager Requirements:

    \n
  • A trade background and 5 - 7 years of previous experience managing large installation projects and subcontractors.

    • \n

  • Proven record of supervising and managing large installation projects.

    • \n

  • Experienced in design and build.
